HANDCRAFTED TEXTILE DESIGNS

This large-scale wallpaper mural was created for Remedios, a speakeasy-style bar and dance space located in the heart of Oaxaca’s historic center, inside Terraza Leonora. It was designed specifically with night events in mind.

The concept was to develop a mural that reflected the essence of the local environment, drawing inspiration from the region’s abundant landscape and its native flora and fauna.

Through an experimental process, I hand-illustrated each element, which was then digitally refined and composed into a cohesive large-format design. To enhance the mural’s tactile and luminous quality, I incorporated gold details and gold-leaf applications.
